Q: How long is the warranty?
It depends on the product you purchased.
TV: 12 months warranty
Refrigerator: 12 months warranty
Washing Machine: 12 Months  warranty
Small Kitchen Appliances: 3 Months warranty
Home Media: 6 Months Warranty

Q: How do I claim warranty?
If your product needs to be fixed, you can claim your warranty through our service center; 244 9313

Q: If my warranty is expired, what can I do?
• Unfortunately you can not claim warranty if it is already expired. 
• If your product is in need to be fixed, you can repair it at our service center but you will be charged. 

 

Q: What is the delivery charge?
• We do not charge for big products such as refrigerators, 65″ TVs or washing machines. Meaning: It’s FREE!
• For small products like toasters or 32″ TVs, we charge depending on your shipping address: Brunei Muara : $5, Tutong : $10, Belait: $10, Temburong: $10
• You can request for a self pick-up at our main store (pick up after 24 hours) or our warehouse.

Q: How long does it take for you to deliver?
It depends on your shipping address.
Brunei Muara: Your order will arrive on the same day if you ordered it before 12pm. Otherwise, it will arrive on the next day.
Tutong / Temburong: You will receive your order on the next 3 days if you order before 12pm. After 12, it will be delivered to you on the next 4 days.
Belait: Your order will be delivered to you on the weekend (Sat & Sun), If you order it on weekdays (Monday – Fri). And if you order on weekends, you will receive it next week.

*Note: Delivery is only available during office hours – If you order during public holiday, you will receive after the festive dates.

 

Q: How do I purchase my order?
• Click on the “Add to Cart” button.
• Click  “Checkout” button when you are done shopping and it will take you to the checkout page.
• On the checkout page, fill in the required information and click “Buy”.

Q: Can I use my debit card?

Yes you can. We accept Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards, and also cash.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
• 
Yes, only if the order is still in pending status. If the order is already completed or confirmed, you will not be able to cancel.

Q: What currency can I use?
• 
We only accept Brunei Dollar. (BND)

Q: How do I make an account?
• 
If you still don’t have an account, you can make one by clicking on the user icon (which is located next to the cart button)
• Fill in your email and password and click Sign Up.

Q: I forgot my password, what should I do?
• 
If you forgot your password, click on the forgot password button on the Log In  page.
• Fill in the fields and click send. Our customer support team will send you a link where you can reset your password.
• When you receive the link, click it and enter your new password.
• Done!

Q: How do I change my information?
• 
Press the User Icon and there you will find your information. Just press edit to change it. 

Q: How do I earn points?
You can earn points in many ways!
1. Spend: You will earn points when you buy something. Every time you spend $100, you earn 1000 points.
2. Birthday: When you make an account, and you put in your birth date on the *points tab – you will earn 500 points.
3. Share & Follow: If you share our website through facebook, you earn 500 points. And earn 500 more when you follow our instagram.
4. Referral: When you share our website using the referral link (you can find the link in the referral tab). You will earn points when your friends or family click and visit the website. And you will also earn points when they spend something!

Q: What is the use of the points?
You can use the points to buy a product or you can use it as a discount.

Q: How do I claim rewards?
You can claim your rewards trough the Claim tab.

• On the points tab, press the hamburger icon.
• Press the Redeem History button, you will see your available coupon codes and redeemed codes.
• Enjoy your discount codes!
